HOW TO USE:
In the top right of this page, you can hit the button that says “duplicate”
When you click the blue button in the top right of this table that says “New”, it will automatically open a new journal entry.
There is a checklist of habits you can track (my 4 that I’ve chosen are AM cultivation, which is a short morning routine, movement which is training, dharma sprint which is a 2 hour focused work block, and PM downtime which is an evening routine. You can change those to your preference).
When you scroll down in the page, there are 5 sections that you can do a quick stream of consciousness journaling for 2-10 minutes (or more if you need it): physical, financial, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Each section has a list of possible prompts you can use if you feel stuck. My favourite way to do it is to write “If I’m really being honest”, then see what comes up.
After each section, there’s an “emergent iteration” section where based on what you journaled, you can identify an aligned action you can take for that pillar, or a small tweak you can make to your current habits. If you feel resistance or turbulent feelings around it, you’re on the right track — but it’s not necessary to know you’re moving in the right direction.
Do this for at least 30-40 days, and you’ll start to excavate more of your soul, and reveal more of your core desires, longings, and alignment to who you truly are.
